Redemption Rules
Gift cards are redeemable for food and beverage at participating Bitar Group restaurants. Present the physical card or e-gift code at payment.
Expiration
Bitar Group gift cards do not expire and incur no inactivity fees.
Lost Cards
Treat gift cards like cash. If lost or stolen, contact us with proof of purchase; we will attempt to reissue remaining balances when possible.
Split Payments
Checks may be split across multiple payment methods, including a Bitar Group gift card and other tender, at manager discretion.
